Prize Pickup Instructions & Directions Prize Redemption Hours - Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The office is closed on the weekends and observes the following holidays – New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, day after Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Instructions for prize winners are as follows: 1. All radio station prizes must be picked up by the winner during the prize redemption hours. 2. Radio station prizes will not be released to a proxy on the winner’s behalf. 3. Winner(s) must present a valid photo ID (state authorized identification matching the name provided at the time of entering the contest). 4. Winner(s) must enter a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be released. 5. Winner(s) must be 18 years of age or older to participate in a contest unless otherwise stated. 6. Radio station prizes are non-transferable. 7. Radio station prizes cannot be mailed. 8. If you have won a contest on any of our iHeartMedia radio stations within the last 30 days, you will not be eligible to win another prize on-air or online for 30 days. If a prize won was valued over $300, you will not be eligible to win another prize on-air or online for 90 days. iHeartMedia and its radio stations is not responsible for an artist or venue canceling a performance for any reason. If an artist or venue cancels, a replacement prize will not be granted.
