Lil Durk Granted $250 Bail For Attempted Murder Case
Lil Durk has been granted $250,000 bond for the criminal attempt to commit murder case he's facing.
On June 20, Reports say Durk can not be anywhere near a weapon during his time out on bond. The rapper will have an 11p.m. curfew every night, as well wear an ankle monitor.
Previous reports, Durk is accused of being involved in a shooting that took place in February, at The Varsity Restaurant in Atlanta. One man suffered non-life threatening bullet wounds. He's currently being charged with criminal attempt to commit murder, aggravated assault, unlawful for person employed by/associated with criminal street gang to conduct/participate in criminal gang activity, possession of firearm during commission of a felony and possession of firearm by convicted felon.
Prosecutors claim Durk and his co-defendant, King Von, are members of a gang in Chicago and that they targeted the victim because he had a nice car and 30k on him.
Durk claims to be innocence, stating to news outlets last month, "I have nothing to hide. I have nothing to run from."
