As tourists start to come around, it looks like thieves are making their way back to the city. A man was filmed breaking into a vehicle at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. The video shows him smashing the glass and rummaging through the car in broad daylight.
According to NBC Bay Area,
"Police were on the scene in minutes and said they’re deploying as many officers as they can to the tourist areas where they see an uptick... Broken glass is everywhere and businesses owners say it’s a nonstop problem."
Please be sure to take all of your valuables with you and, whenever possible, never leave anything in your car! This can happen anywhere, so it's best to make sure all of your stuff is taken care of when you're out and about.
